This Plaque was to
commemorate our 25 years, in 1981, as a squadron in CPS. This was
to be awarded to members who had given special service to the squadron
over and above their regular duties and over a period time. It is
not given every year. The first recipient, in 1983, Peter Kearval, moved
to Pender Island, BC, and is still working for CPS in many capacities.
