This seminar is aimed at the
boater who has some knowledge of basic navigation procedures, but
wants to take advantage of the newest generation of low-cost hand held
GPS units, while continuing to plot position on the traditional paper
chart.
The easy to read manual, that has
gained recognition among boaters, is part of the U.S. Coast guard
Auxiliary's education program.
