CPS
members who have received 5 merit marks become Senior Members.
When these members receive their 20th Merit Mark, they become Life
Members. They are also awarded a special CPS flag and a 20 year
plaque. Many members just keep working and have 30 or more Merit Marks.
Some work for their squadrons, some go to work for the District or the
National Committees but all the Merit Mark time is 'banked' and reported
to Headquarters. The Merit Mark Certificates are then sent to the
home squadron in time for the Graduation Ceremonies. They are
usually presented by District Commander.
